Returns & Exchanges

At Reis Pereira, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help facilitate a seamless return or exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your options:

1. Return and Exchange Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for your purchase. Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as clearance or final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps: a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. b. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your request is approved. c. Package your item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and any additional items or documentation that came with your order. d. Clearly write the RMA number on the package and affix the return shipping label provided by our customer service team, if applicable. e. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or an error was made by us in processing your order.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate the exchange process as outlined in section 3 above. Once we receive your returned item(s) and your exchange request is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

6. International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns and exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. International customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes associated with the return or exchange process.
